Our rate is $1400 monthly, which includes all utilities, cable television and internet access. We have a ONE MONTH minimum and require a refundable $200 deposit to hold your reservation. POLICIES
Your deposit is due ONE MONTH prior to your stay and rent for the first month is due two weeks before your arrival. We require a for a TWO WEEK NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel with inadequate notice, we will keep your rental fee and your deposit.
Bill Cody and Linda Mitchell are local artists who own the Cody Gallery in Eureka. Their Eureka Guest Apartment is located next door to the couple's home and Linda's studio.
Bill has lived in Humboldt County for nearly 40 years and Linda moved to the region from the Los Angeles area in 1992. Linda's art can be viewed at lindamitchellart.com or lostcoastdailypainters.blogspot.com
