Eureka Guest Apartment

Our furnished, one-bedroom apartment is located in a Victorian house built in the 1890's. The apartment is conveniently located in the downtown area, a short walk from Old Town, Humboldt Bay and the Morris Graves Museum of Art.

The apartment features large, sunny rooms with original architectural details. 














Paintings and photographs by local artists are hung throughout the apartment. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is the largest room in the apartment and features a central island and arched breakfast nook.

Bedroom

The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large mirrored dresser, night stands, a reading chair and a television with cable.

Bedroom Niche

This workspace is adjacent to the bedroom and features a vintage writing desk and armoire.

Humboldt Bay


The apartment is located just nine blocks up from Humboldt Bay and the Eureka Boardwalk.

Old Town Eureka

Fine local restaurants, shops and art galleries can be found in Eureka's Victorian Old Town district, a short walk from the apartment. The Morris Graves Museum of Art is just two blocks away.

The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen (including dishes, cookware, a microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, etc.), towels, linens and bath products. There are two televisions with basic cable, and a radio/CD player.

APARTMENT GUIDELINES

We ask our guests to KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM, especially between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., in consideration of the other tenants.

We have a NON-SMOKING policy, in the apartment as well as the porches.

We have a NO PETS policy.

The apartment has a maximum occupancy of four people. Additional guests may be accommodated with prior notice. 

We ask guests to wash and put away their dishes, and to tidy up before leaving.
